Red pepper jelly-glazed halibut (of whatever)

1/2 C red pepper jelly
1/4 c rice vinegar
2 tbsp minced scallion whites and light greens
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2tbsp honey
1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
2 tsp minced fresh garlic
2tsp ginger
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
T. Preparacion → 10 min
T. Cocinado → 10 min
1. Combine jelly, vinegar, scallions, soysauce, honey, oil, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a saucepan. Heat glaze over medium and cook until syrupy and reduced, about 10 minutes.
2. We used to cook halibut, but it would be great with chicken, Brie, pork.....really tasty
