Quick garlic & herb chicken sw

Ingredients
- Fry Light
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 295gm can Campbell’s Low fat condensed mushroom soup (7 Syns)
- 200ml (7fl oz) skimmed milk (3 Syns)
- 1tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1. Method
1. Heat a large pan sprayed with Fry Light & stir-fry the chicken and garlic for 5 minutes.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is tender, stirring regularly.

3. Serve with a selection of Syn-free vegetables.
