2 medium sized potatoes peeled, 1 onion peeled, 50g cheddar cheese, herbs to taste, olive oil

T. Preparacion → 10 min

T. Cocinado → 10 min

1. Grate peeled potatoes, onion and cheddar cheese.
Add herbs to taste.
Heat Olive oil in frying pan
Add all ingredients to pan and pat down using spatula or similar
Fry for approx 3-4 mins then flip over until crispy and cooked through
Serve as breakfast or supper can be eaten with beans, egg or salad
