Patti Dawli Walli Feast de Michele Poole - Recipefy

2 onions
3 cloves garlic or more
4 chicken breast
2 Red Pepper chopped
1/2 head Cauliflower florets
1 can of chick peas rinsed and drained
Large can of diced tomatoes
salt & Pepper to taste
Cayenne Pepper 1/4-/12 tsp (to your taste)
Red Curry Powder - 1 tbsp (to taste)
Fresh Cilantro (optional)

1. Saute Chicken and Onion in oil. Cook till onion is translucent. Add Salt and Pepper. Add minced garlic. cook couple of min. Add curry and cayenne and stir to toast the spices. Add rest of ingredients, except cilantro, bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer, and minimum 20 min cook......up to as long as you want. Serve on Basmati or jasmine rice, with warmed Naan bread topped with fresh Cilantro. Eat, Drink and do Merry!!!
