Jicama fries

Olive oil
Salt
T. Preparacion → 5 min
T. Cocinado → 30 min
1. Cut the skin off the jicama until completely peeled
2. Cut the jicama into French fry like strips
3. Boil strips on high for 10 minutes, then remove from water and pat dry
4. In a separate bowl, toss the jicama strips in olive oil
5. Place strips on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt, bake for 30 minutes on 400 degrees
6. Remove from oven and enjoy!
