Ice cream cake

Ingredientes
1 cup butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 large container cool whip
1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding
2 pkgs ritz crackers

Instrucciones
1. Let ice cream soften. Crush crackers and reserve 1/2 cup for top.
Mix crackers with butter and put in bottom of 13x9 pan to form crust.
Mix pudding with ice cream. Put on top of crackers. Put cool whip on top and add remaining crackers.
Return to freezer.
