1/2 stick butter 1 large onion 1 large bell pepper 1 to 1 1/2 pound ground meat 1 to 1 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles 1/2 cup sour cream

1. Garlic powder and black pepper to taste Saute onions and bell pepper and butter, put in meat and brown. Add mushroom soup, 1/2 cheese and cook 15 minutes. Cook noodles according to pkg. and drain. Add to mixture; stir in sour cream and rest of cheese. Pour into a greased casserole and bake 20 minutes at 350.
