Ingredientes

3 Tbsp cinnamon & 1/4 c. sugar mix together in bowl and set aside
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt

Instrucciones

1. Preheat oven to 400
Cream 1 1/2c. sugar and butter until light and fluffy, at least 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add dry ingredient, blend well ( I mix my dry ingredients together in a separate bowl, then add)
Roll dough into 1/2 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mix ( I leave the edge that sits on the baking sheet free of mix so they don't burn)

2. Hint: always use real butter to bake, start with the lowest amount of time (8min) the cookies should be puffy with just the start of a light brown edge.
