Dough
1 cup white sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
zest of 1 lemon
1 egg
1 cup cold butter

Fruit Filling
4 cups fruit
4 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon

T. Preparacion → 15 min

T. Cocinado → 50 min

1. Dough:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and grease 9" x 13" pan.
2. Stir together sugar flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Blend lemon zest, egg and butter into dry ingredients with pastry cutter or fork.
4. Dough will be very crumbly; pat half of dough into prepared 9" x 13" pan.
5. Stir all fruit filling ingredients together and spread over the crust.
6. Sprinkle remaining dough on top.
7. Bake for 45-50 min or until golden.
