1 EGG TO 100G= 1 PORTION

however many eggs
however much flour

T. Preparacion → 40 min

T. Cocinado → 2-3 min

1. make a volcano shape with the flour

2. crack the egg(s) into the hole at the top

3. mix well with your hands

4. place dough in fridge for 20min

5. work dough for 5min

6. roll out dough until paper thin

7. cut to preferred size

8. cook for 2-3 min on hob
