Egg white frittata

4 eggs
3 cups egg white (carton)
5 tbsp red onion, sautéed
3 oz mushrooms, chopped
4.5 oz chopped tomatoes
2 zucchini, sliced
3 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped dill

T. Preparacion → 15 min

T. Cocinado → 50 min

1. Sauté mushrooms, zucchini and red onion.

2. Put sautéed veggies in a sprayed 8x8 pan, add crumbled feta and dill.

3. Pour egg overtop and bake for 45-50 minutes at 375 degrees F until cooked through.
