Easy italian veggie skillet
Receta por14 oz vegetable broth
1 1/4 cups orzo
1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained.
1 can black beans, drained.
2 cups frozen broccoli, carrots, peas.
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
T. Preparacion → 5 minutes min
T. Cocinado → 25 min
1. In a large skillet, heat broth to boiling.
2. Stir in orzo pasta, return to boiling.
3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Stir in tomatoes, beans and vegetables.
5. Cover, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until veggies are tender.
6. Stir in parley and cheese.
