1 ½ lbs. round steak (3/4 inch thick) 2 Tbsp. salad oil 1 can cream of mushroom soup ¼ cup water
Instrucciones
1. Pound steak; cut into serving size pieces. In skillet brown steak in oil; pour off fat. Stir in soup, water, cover; simmer 1 ½ hours or until done. Stir often.
