Christmas log cake

1. Beat 4 egg whites stiff, add 1/2 cup sugar, beat well
Beat 4 egg yolks for 2 min. Add 1/2 cup sugar and tbsp. of water and beat 3 min
Add flour mix and mix in 3 installments beat well after each addition. Add egg whites in 3 installments.

2. Bake on a cookie sheet
Lay cake on tea towel after cooled
Whip 1 quart whipping creme, use 1/2for white, and the other 1/2 add 2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
