Chickpea salad

Ingredientes para 6 people
1 15 oz can of beans your choice (black beans, red kidney, cannellini etc)
1 15 oz can of chick peas
1-2 large tomatoes diced
1-2 assorted peppers (red, yellow, green whatever you have)
1-2 avocados diced
1/2 red onion diced
3-4 scallions chopped
1/2 bag of frozen corn, thawed and drained
Juice of 2 small limes
1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of cilantro chopped (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
T. Preparacion → 15-20 min

Instrucciones
1. Combine all ingredients and put in refrigerator to chill and marinate for 60 minutes.
Serve and enjoy :)
