Chicken corn chowder

4 ears of fresh corn: kernels removed from cob, and 2 cobs reserved
1 small onion, diced
1 red bell pepper diced,
1 large potato, peeled and diced
1 stalks of celery, diced
2 pieces of dark meat, chicken leg and thigh
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
7 cups water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
2 tsp olive oil

1. 1. To cut corn: Cut bottom off with knife: In a big bowl, add a little bowl upside down, inside. Sit corn on top of little bowl standing up; take a knife, and cut against the cob. set aside kernels.

2. 2.Pepper chicken on plate. And Put in pot with olive oil, season side down. Medium high, season other side, cook till brown on both sides. put on plate.

3. 3.Add veggies in pot; add olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

4. 4.Cook 7 to 8 mins till color.

5. 5.Add butter, stir till melted. Add flour, mix up till flour is gone. Add water.

6. 6.Let come to a boil, add corn, chicken, and 2 corn cobs reserved.

7. 7.Put on medium high, let it come to a boil, then reduce heat, and cook for 45 mins.

8. 8.After 45 mins, remove corn cobs reserved, and chicken

9. 9.Let chicken cool for 10 mins, then shred chicken, and put back in pot. Add heavy cream. stir. let cook 5 more mins.

10. 10. Season with salt and pepper, let come to a boil and cook 5 to 7 mins.

11. 11.Add fresh chopped parsley.

12. 12. Add in soup bowl.
