Buttermilk Pancakes de Amy Moore - Recipefy

2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons butter, melted

T. Preparacion → 15 min

T. Cocinado → 15-25 min

1. Sift together dry ingredients.

2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until just moistened. (There will be a few lumps)

3. Bake on a hot, lightly greased griddle. (For uniform pancakes, use a 1/4 cup measure.)

4. Turn pancakes when bubbles on surface break.

5. Serve with butter and warm syrup.
