Blanched Garlic Green Beans de Jenn Carter - Recipefy

2 handfuls of fresh green beans
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
salt or sea salt
pepper

T. Preparacion → 5 min

T. Cocinado → 7 min

1. Tear off green bean ends on each side then rinse.

2. Bring saucepan of full of water to boil with a few shakes of salt. Add green beans and cook for 2 minutes or until bright green and tender crisp.

3. Drain and shock the green beans in a bowl of ice to stop green beans from cooking.

4. Heat skillet up on medium heat and add olive oil and butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

5. Add green beans and continue to sauté for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
