Apple torte
Receta porCrust
1 cup Sugar
1/2 lb Butter
1 whole egg or 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
4 cups Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Filling
4 or 5 Large Apples, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Granny Smith Apple
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1 tbs Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
Topping
1/2 Stick Butter
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
T. Cocinado → 30 min
1. Crust:
Melt butter, pour over flour, sugar, baking powder
Mix with pastry blender, blend in egg and vanila
Press into bottom and sides of spring form
2. Filling:
Mix all ingredients together and pour over crust, dot with butter
3. Topping:
Blend together with pastry blender into pea sized chunks
Crumble on top of apples
4. Bake @ 375 (there was not a time on the recipe, but 30 minutes is my suggestion.)
5. Cool before serving.
