Yorkshire pudding

Ingredients
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
Directions
1. Pre heat oven to 450
Sift flour and salt and add milk gradually to form a smooth paste
Add Eggs and beat 2 min with a beater
Cover the bottom of HOT PAN with beef fat from roast. Pour flour mixture into individual muffin
2. Do not fill more that half full!
