World's best pumpkin bread

First set of ingredients
4 eggs
2 & 1/3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 - 15oz. can solid pack pumpkin

Second set of ingredients
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 & 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
2 & 3/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 cup of walnuts chopped
1/3 cup of golden raisins

Last ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
(topping)

Prep. Time → 25 min

Cook Time → 70 min

1. 1.) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. 2.) Grease two muffin pans or 24 muffin cups.

3. 3.) Combine the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin in large bowl and stir until smooth.

4. 4.) In medium bowl mix the second set of ingredients with a wire whisk. Add the nuts and raisins.

5. 5.) Add to the first set of ingredients and mix thoroughly.

6. 6.) Fill the loaf pans or muffin cups with the batter.

7. 7.) Mix the last 2 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle over bread loaves or muffin batter.

8. 8.) Bake the bread at 375 degrees F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or muffins for 35 to 40 minutes. When bread is done, a toothpick inserted in the center will come out clean.
