White chocolate flavoured frozen yoghurt

3 cups of fat free Greek yoghurt
3/4 cup of splenda
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 White Chocolate Options sachet (or similar) 2.5 syns
1. Method
2. Add the Greek Yoghurt to a tub,
Add vanilla extract
Add splenda and options sachet and stir until it has full dissolved.
Place tub in freezer and take out every 20 mins and stir to prevent ice crystals from forming.
When yoghurt is still soft but chilled it is ready to serve. You don’t want it to freeze for too long or it will become too hard
I served mine on a ice cream cone (1 syn) with 1 teaspoon of Golden Syrup drizzled over the top (1 syn) which with a serving of frozen yoghurt, makes approx 2.5 syns in total.
