Vrat wale Aloo Recipe With Kuttu Ki Puri of Agueda Leipert - Recipefy

Refined oil
5-6 Potatoes
Rock Salt
1/2 tsp Carom seeds
1/2 Green chillies, chopped
Tomatoes
1 Cup Water
Coriander, chopped

Prep. Time → 40 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. 1.Simply boil some potatoes with vrat salt.
2.Heat a pan, add refined oil and let some ajwain (carom seeds) sputter.
3.Then add chopped green chilies and tomatoes, and stir well for a few minutes.
4.When the oil starts to separate, crumble the boiled potatoes directly over the tomato mixture and stir well.
5.Add some water and rock salt into the mixture and continue stirring.
6.Let it simmer over a low flame until the dish has a thick gravy-like consistency.
7.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with kuttu ki puri.
