Turkish-style kofta kebabs
Recipe by
750g lamb mince
half onion, finely chopped
45ml fresh white bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves, crushed
5ml ground cumin
5ml ground coriander
5ml ground paprika
2,5ml ground chilli powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1 large egg yolk
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 30 min
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl
2. with wet hands, take handfuls of mixture and form sausage shapes
3. insert onto fresh rosemary stalks (or kebab sticks) and chill for 30min
4. Heat a little oil on a flat griddle pan and grill kebabs until cooked, about 2-3min a side.
5. *also good for BBQ grill
