Turkey meatballs

Ingredients for 8 large meatballs
1 package of turkey meat
1 whole egg
1 egg white
1 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
½ onion – finely chopped
Salt & pepper
Oregano
Any other preferred seasoning.
(William Sonoma: Diablo pairs well! It’s Italian and is great for these.)
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 20 min

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam
Mix all ingredients at once
Start Rolling Meatballs medium sized (Should make 8 Total)
Once rolled, place Meatball in pan.
Place in oven for 25 min.
(The turkey meat stays light colored and does not brown)
