Tofu olives and tomato sandwich with avocado and spinach
Recipe by
21 Whole Grains Bread (2 slices, toasted)
Organic Tofu (3/4 ounce/25 gr)
Greek Black Olives (5 or 6)
Spinach (3 or 4 leaves)
Organic Cherry Tomatoes (3)
Avocado (3 slices)
Oregano (to your liking)
Salt (a pinch)
Prep. Time → 10 min
1. Blend together tofu, olives and a pinch of salt.
2. Toast your bread and spread your blended tofu on it.

3. Add the spinach's leaves.

4. Slice your tomatoes in three parts and put them on the leaves.

5. Add three (or to your liking) slices of avocado and top with the quantity of oregano that you prefer.


6. Bite it and, possibly, repeat! Enjoy! :)
