Toblerone tart
Recipe by
150g toblerone broken into pieces, 1x142ml pot of double cream, 20cm sweet shortcrust pastry case, 15g white choc to decorate
Prep. Time → 10 mins min
1. put the toblerone and cream into a small heavybased pan and warm over a gentile heat, stirring occasionally.
2. when just starting to melt, remove from the heat and stir well until the toblerone has completely melted.
3. leave to cool for 20mins , then pour the mix into the pastry case.
4. useing a veg peeler, scrape shavings of white choc over the tart.
5. leave to cool completely and chill for at least 2 hours.(you can place in the freezer if you want)
6. cut into slices and serve with cream or ice cream.
