The best breakfast casserole
Recipe by
24 oz frozen shredded potatoes
salt and pepper
12 eggs
2 cups half and half
1 tsp season salt
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar
1 1/2 cups grated pepper jack
2 cups chopped ham (or your preferred meat)
Some chopped green onions would be good too

1. 1. Grease 9x13 pan. Add the frozen potatoes to the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs together. Then add half and half, season salt, cheeses and ham.
3. 3. Pour over potatoes. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
4. 4. Bake covered in foil at 350 degrees for 90 mins. Let rest for 10 mins before serving.
