Thai quorn green curry sw

- Fry Light
- 454gm (1lb) Quorn pieces
- 41gm sachet Schwartz Thai Chicken Green Curry Recipe Mix (7½ Syns)
- 350ml (12fl oz) semi skimmed milk*
- 1 bunch spring onions, sliced
1. Method
1. Heat a deep frying pan sprayed with Fry Light and fry the Quorn for 6-7 minutes, until browned.
2. Blend the sachet contents into the milk and add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.
3. Add the spring onions and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve with fragrant rice, remembering to count the Syns accordingly if on an Original day.
