Tequila Pork Tenderloin of Michele Poole - Recipefy

2 kg of pork
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 glass tequila
1 glass pineapple juice
1/2 glass soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste

1. Pour over pork and marinate overnight. Cover with tinfoil and cook at 350 till done (10 kg 4 hours)
Cool then slice or it will fall apart - reheat and serve
Garnish with limes
