1 lb ground beef or chicken
2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
2 cans diced tomatoes (1 can Rotelle)
1 can white shoe peg corn
1 can black beans
1 can Great Northern Beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can water

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. Brown ground meat. Add a little water and taco seasonings to meat. Add browned meat and all other ingredients to a crock pot and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or longer if cooked on low. Drain beans before adding.
Serve hot topped with sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped green scallions or crumbled tostitos or cornbread.
