Sweet and Spicy Pepper Dip of NCL Wellesley Cookbook - Recipefy

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup chopped cilantro
5 scallions, chopped
1 jar pepper jelly (Stonewall Kitchen is my favorite brand)
3/4 cup chopped cashews

Pretzel chips or pita chips

1. Spread cream cheese in a thin (but not too thin) layer on a platter.
Spread pepper jelly on top of cream cheese.
Top with scallions, cilantro and cashews.

2. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Remove from fridge 20-30 min before serving.
Pretzel chips and pita chips work well for scooping up this delicious dip.
