Strawberry shortcake & white chocolate cream

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of quark or fat free cream cheese
1 packet of Options White Drinking Chocolate – 2.5 syns
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of sweetener
1/5 of a packet of 100 calorie mini shortbreads – 1 syn (you can using a similar larger biscuit)
Sliced Strawberries (and any other fresh fruit you have goes well with this)

2. In a bowl mix together quark, options, vanilla and sweetener until like a smooth cream.
Serve onto plate and add mini shortbreads (you can either stick them into the cream mixture whole or crush and sprinkle on top.)
Slice some strawberries and serve on the side
