Stir fry sauce

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp corn starch (or arrow root)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp minced ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced or grated
sprinkle of chili pepper flakes

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients together. When adding to stir fry, allow to cook for 3 mins to allow the corn starch to thicken the sauce.
