700 grams of mnced beef ( unlean mince, this holds them together)

5 tea spoons of sweet chilli sauce

6 table spoons of bread crumbs

50 grams of diced onion

salt and pepper

1. Mix together 700g minced beef, 5 tsp of sweet chilli sauce, 6 tbsp breadcrumbs, 50 grams diced onion and season with salt and pepper.

2. Lightly oil hands and divide into burgers.

3. Push a cube of stilton into the burgers and then shape back around the cheese.

4. Cook on the bbq or oven for 10 mins each side, serve in lightly toasted buns with salad greek yogurt and tomato sauce.
