Spinach, shrimp and avocado salad

Ingredients
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp chopped capers
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper to
8 cups spinach
1 lb cooked, peeled and deveined medium shrimp
4 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
Directions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, capers, honey, salt and pepper.
2. In a large bowl, toss spinach with shrimp, tomatoes and avocado.
Toss with the vinaigrette and serve.
