Spinach dip
Recipe by1 (10 oz.) Pkg. Frozen chopped spinach 1 cup mayonnaise 1 (8 oz.) Can water chestnuts, chopped 1 1/2 cup sour cream 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1. Thaw spinach and squeeze until dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts and soup mix. Blend well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Stir before serving. To serve: Slice off top of a loaf of King=s Hawaiian Bread. Hollow out the inside, leaving about a 1/4 inch thick shell. Cut the excess bread into approximately two inch pieces. Fill loaf with dip, using the top as a lid. Surround the loaf with the extra pieces. After pieces are eaten, break off remainder of loaf and use those pieces to serve with dip. This dip is also excellent with vegetables.
