Spicy vegetarian chili

1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes w/green chiles
1 15 oz. can tomatoes
2 cans black beans, rinsed
1 10 oz. box frozen corn and roasted red peppers OR 12 oz. can mexicorn
1/3 c. tomato paste
1/4 c. lime juice
Optional
sour cream
shredded cheese

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 8 min

1. Mix together and heat for 8 minutes.
Top with sour cream and cheese if desired.
