Spice cake
Recipe by Jason Michael Birmingham
Ingredients
Mix well
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup Wesson oil
Sift together
1 teaspoon each of: salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and nutmeg
Add: 2 cups flour plus 1 cup buttermilk
Directions
1. Mix well.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a tube pan.
3. Serve with cool whip.
