Spaghetti bolognase

500g Minced Beef, 250g Fresh Egg Penne Pasta, 1 Garlic (Granules), 1 Mace (Ground), 2 OXO cubes (Spag Bol), 1 Whole Chopped Onion, 6-8 Finely Chopped Mushrooms, 1 Tin Of Chopped Tomatoes, Bolognase sauce (Dolmio)

Prep. Time → 5-10 min

Cook Time → 30-45 min

1. 1. Brown the mince on a low heat.
2. While browning the mince add the OXO cube.
3. Sieve off excess fat then transfer the mince into a pan
4. After that add in the chopped onion, the tin of chopped tomatoes, once the mushrooms are diced also add them to the pan.
5. Stir and add a sprinkle of the mace and garlic.
6. Leave this to simmer for 30-45 mins
7. 5 mins before the ending time of the bolognase add the 250g of pasta into a new pan with water on moderate heat
8. If pasta finishes early, before the bolognase, turn the heat to very low.
9. Serve up and prepare how you wish.
