Sour creme raisen pie

Ingredients
1 cup sour creme
1 cup raisens,
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs seperated

Directions
1. Add ingredients with beaten egg yolks
Line a deep pie plate with pastry, put in filling and bake. Beat whites of eggs to a stiff froth add 3 tbsp of sugar and spread on top of pie and return to oven to brown nicely
