Slow cooked leg of lamb/ greek feast

Leg of lamb
Fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic
Pitta breads (at least one each)
Feta cheese
Pack Bistro salad
Can of Chick peas
1 lemon
Tub houmous
Bag potatoes
Tsp smoked paprika
Tsp chilli powder

Prep. Time → 15-20 min

Cook Time → Approx 3 hours min

1. Stud the leg lamb with the rosemary and sliced cloves of garlic.

2. Season well then place in the oven for the amount of time specified on the lamb (depending on size)

3. For the salad, place bistro salad in a large bowl and crumble over the feta cheese. Pour over the can of drained chick peas then before serving, squeeze over the juice of a whole lemon

4. To make the potato wedges, chop the potatoes into rough wedge pieces, sprinkle with the chilli powder, paprika, and season well.

5. Pour over a good glug of olive oil then bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.
