Ingredients

1 1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp white sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 pkg (8oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1 litre cool whip
1 pkg (3 1/2oz) instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg (3 1/2 oz) instant vanilla pudding
or
2 pkgs instant pistashio pudding
3 cup milk
plain chocolate bar

Directions

1. Mix flour, white sugar, butter, and pecans. Pat firmly into a 13X9 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Let cool completely. Mix cream cheese and icing sugar, and spread over cooled base. Spread half of cool whip over cream cheese. Mix the 2 instant puddings together with the mild, beat well and pour over cool whip. Let set in the fridge for awhile and then spread the other half of the cool whip over the top. Shave a chocolate bar over the top. Store in the fridge. Freezes Well. Best when allowed to set a least one day before serving
