1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups cabbage, thinly shredded
1 cup celery, finely sliced
1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 5 min

1. Place olive oil in a skillet; heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Stir once while cooking.
