Sausage rolls

Small packet of puf pastry
500 g park sausage meat
1 egg
Handful of breadcrumbs
Teaspoon of curry powder

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Mix sausage meat, egg, breadcrumbs and curry powder.

2. Roll out pastry until it is 15cm by 800cm.

3. Shape the sausage mixture into a 800cm long sausage along the long edge of the pastry.

4. Brush beaten egg along the other long edge of the pastry and then roll up the sausage in the pastry.

5. Cut into your required length and place on a metal baking tray.

6. Brush the top of the sausage rolls with beaten egg taking care not to spill the egg mixture onto the baking tray which would cause the rolls to stick.

7. Bake for 30 minutes in a hot oven
