Saucy prawns (127 cals)

Ingredients for 1 person
1 crushed clove of garlic
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp of low sugar and salt ketchup
100ml of chicken stock from a cube
100g of large cooked prawns
Serve with steamed broccoli and rice

Directions
1. Heat garlic, lemon juice, ketchup and stock together in a frying pan. Simmer until thickened. Add the prawns and some seasoning, then heat through. Serve with broccoli, rice and lemon wedges.
