4 chicken legs
2 tbsp lemon and thyme stuffing mix
1 clove garlic crushed
450g tin chopped tomatoes
1 chicken stock cube
1/4 pint red wine
1 tbsp apricot jam

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Fry chicken until brown on all sides and transfer to an oven dish

2. Melt jam in a pan

3. Stir remaining ingredients into the jam

4. Pour over the chicken

5. Cover and cook for one hour at 180 degrees c
