Salt and pepper jumbo prawns
Recipe by
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely grated
salt and freshly ground black pepper
10 large prawns or langoustines with shells
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 6 min
1. Place the oil, chilli and garlic in a bowl and season with plenty of salt and pepper. Thread half the prawns into two skewers, then brush gently with seasoned oil. Repeat with the remaining prawns. Season again with salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30min if you have time.
2. Heat a BBQ or Griddle until hot. Cook prawns for 4-6min, turning once, until pink and completely cooked.
