Salmon pies. of David Le Mottee - Recipefy

9 oz of cooked salmon,flaked.
4 tablespoons of fresh dill,chopped.
1 tablespoonof capers, chopped
5fl oz of soured cream.
375g pack of ready-rolled shortcrust pastry.
2 tablespoons of milk.
3 oz of cheddar cheese, grated.

Prep. Time → 30 min's min

Cook Time → 20 min min

1. Preheat oven to 220.
Mix the samon, dill, capers and soured cream together.
Cut out 3in circles from the pastry.

2. Spoon the filling on to the circles,
dampen the edges and fold in half.

3. Press the edges to seal and put on a baking tray.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake for 20 minutes.
