Roasted rhubarb and apple crumble

500g rhubarb cut into small pieces
1 large Braeburn apple cut into small pieces
100g caster sugar
FOR THE TOPPING
100g plain flour
50g butter
50g light muscovado sugar
nutmeg to taste
40g porridge oats

Directions
1. preheat the oven to 190c.
2. put in heat proof dish and toss the fruit into the dish
3. sprinkle the sugar on top of the fruit
4. put all the ingredients for the topping in a food processor and blitz
5. place the topping on top of the fruit
6. cook for 20 min
